​One of the mainstays of our business has been buying investment properties.  Most of these properties have needed a little TLC, so don't be afraid to call us if you have one that needs some work.  We've been doing this for quite awhile so it takes a lot to surprise us. We're always looking for a project house or one that makes sense to add to our portfolio.  We're not high pressure people or one of those outfits with all the billboards.  Should you call us, we're probably going to show up in a pick up truck and be wearing our work clothes.  If that's a concern, we'll be more than happy to give you the phone numbers to the buyers that dress fancier and have nicer cars.  That's just not OUR style.
