* DATA COLLECTION  We will collect your name , email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up of SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form, email, and rental agreement.

*DATA USAGE  We use your data solely for sending company communication regarding your application requests. WE DO NOT USE YOUR CONTACT INFO FOR ANY MARKETING PURPOSES.......EVER.

*DATA SECURITY  We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access

*DATA RETENTION  We retain your information as long as your are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request a deletion at any time.

*MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY  Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting of data plan.

*Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies

BE READY TO RENT.

WHAT IS READY?

READY is having your ID, proof of income, and payment, prior to your showing.  READY is being READY to take the room if you like it after seeing it.  WHY SHOULD YOU BE READY? We don't show rooms to people who aren't READY.  WHY WON'T YOU SHOW ME A ROOM IF I'M NOT READY?  Rooms can rent quickly. The room we show you today may not be available tomorrow. It's happened. We show a room to someone who likes the room but isnt' READY and two hours later we show it to someone who is READY. We don't wish to appear rude, we just don't wish to waste your time or our time if you're not READY. If you're not ready that's OK, we'll wait till you are. When you're READY, we'll be READY to show you the room. 

What do I need to rent a room?

1) A current government issued ID

2) A two week security and first week's rent

3) Proof of income. This can be a paystub, a benefit verification letter, or proof of unemployment, etc.​
